Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of intricate Tableau dashboards.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of AWS-based BI solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of analytical projects.
  • Provide strategic insights through comprehensive data analysis.
  • Supervise a team of 3-5 resources within the team.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to establish BI strategies and roadmaps.
  • Ensure maintenance of data governance and security standards.
  • Independently drive proactive change within the organization.
  • Support in creating user training programs for visualization and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or related roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced Tableau features and capabilities.
  • Technical expertise in SQL.
  • Extensive background in AWS services for BI and data analytics.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills for driving BI initiatives.
  • Experience in people management or leading BI analyst teams.
  • Proficient in project management with Agile and Kanban experience.

Desirable:

  • Snowflake experience.
  • Familiarity with dbt.
  • Tableau Admin Certification or experience.
  • Snaplogic proficiency.
