Overview:

  • Based in our Tamworth Office_
  • We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, experienced claims handlers to join our Tamworth location and be part of our dedicated team, playing an important part in our Commercial customer claims journey. Maintaining client relationships is a key part of our operation and we are happy to support handlers who wish to attend meetings and develop that aspect of their role._
  • Following successful completion of probation, we are happy to offer a hybrid working model based out of our friendly Tamworth office. Our mixed model way of working offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and officeworking, offering flexibility for everyone_

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of proactive claims handling
  • A base understanding of insurance principles.
  • Experience of handling motor damage and credit hire claims
  • Working knowledge and experience of handling OICP and MOJ Portal Claims
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to take referrals from less experienced members of staff
