We're looking for someone outstanding - someone who believes that the key to success is through our people and that by enhancing the guest experience with outstanding service every time, will deliver results.

Our receptionists are the people who help us to make it happen You are the first person our guests meet and are the 'face' of the Bulls Head hotel

The shifts are Monday & Friday 2.30pm -9.30pm

You will deliver the best in guest service, enhancing the guest's experience.

You'll go the extra mile to cater to the needs of our guests advising them regarding reservations and special requests.

You will also love working in a team - making sure that your colleagues have all they need in order to deliver and exceed expectations.


Your role will include:

  • Welcome and greet guests as they arrive
  • Checkin guests and direct them to their room
  • Monitor the reservations and also make reservations
  • Answer customer's question accurately
  • Answering phones in a polite manner and take bookings
  • To join the Bulls Head team we need individuals who can drive commerciality through caring and pride. Being personable, reliable, inspirational, driven and enthusiastic by nature.
