Financial Accounting Manager

The hiring manager for this role is ACA qualified with an audit background so you'll have a great mentor to help you make the transition away from practice.
The wider group function is also based in Nottingham, so you will have lots of scope for future progression with strong options across financial accounting, FP & A or commercial finance.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Take ownership of the monthly management accounting for a smaller division which is part of a global group
- Statutory accounting and financial reporting in line with UKGAAP
- Management of cashflow and sales/bank reporting
- Support the Financial Controller with budgeting and forecasting with analysis into any variances
- Oversee General Ledger including the management and mentoring of an Accounts Assistant
ABOUT YOU
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Audit background preferred
- Able to commute to Nottingham 3 days per week (free parking available)
