Working at our Halstock, Somerset office/warehouse premises - We do not offer any remote working

**We are based in Halstock, near Yeovil, Somerset
- therefore own transport is essential**Fancy a new challenge? Maybe just a change of scenery? Why not come and join our ever-growing, friendly team in the Dorset countryside as a customer service assistant

Typically, this role will involve:

  • General administrative tasks and office duties, such as ordering stationary, etc
  • Assisting with customer product returns
  • Flexibility to help in various areas of our small but growing business.

What we need (Your skills)

Essential Skills

  • Good level of organisational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks, but with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone to carry out most tasks, as well as working as part of our small team both in the office and other areas of the business where needed
  • Good experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Punctuality and reliability and to be honest & hard working
  • Needs own transport to be able to get here (no public transportation to Halstock).

Desirable Skills

  • Any experience of eBay, Etsy, and Amazon platforms useful
  • Strong computer skills
  • Initiative to sort things out and work on your own
  • Good level of literacy
  • Efficient with good time management (able to organise & prioritise tasks/jobs)
