Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and oversee student attendance records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Follow up on unexplained absences and tardiness, adhering to school policies.
  • Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to encourage consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Generate and present attendance reports for school management and external organizations.
  • Support the school's safeguarding protocols.
  • Coordinate with external entities like local authorities and social services when required.
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an educational environment or a similar capacity is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and administrative skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software for data management and analysis.
  • Dedication to advocating for and ensuring the well-being of children and adolescents.
