We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Of Cleaning to join our clients team.

As Head Of Cleaning, you will ensure that all contract requirements and key performance indicators are met, while striving to exceed expectations through first-class management delivery.

You will play a critical role in various contract decision-making processes and be responsible for measuring and establishing appropriate targets and objectives.

Salary:
£240 per day (inside IR35)

Start:

ASAP
Contract length: 3-6 months, could lead to a permanent position

Main duties/responsibilities:
Responsible for all staffing-related activities, and controlling contractors in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Small works and intermediate projects, and ensuring that the provision and delivery of services meet or exceed the standards defined in the SLA
Dealing with complaints and other service issues in a timely and professional manner
Engagement action plans are brought to and kept alive across the entire team
Contractual client reports providing a detailed overview of the service monthly activity in line with the contract key performance indicators

Person specification/qualifications/experience:
Knowledge level of all Microsoft office packages
Have worked in a similar industry with a presence in the healthcare sector
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence effectively at all levels, be a strong manager with proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire and support a diverse team, and have strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and ensure budgets are met
Must take part in a 1 in 6 weekend rota and a 1 in 6 evening rota
