As a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to patients within our healthcare facility.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting healthcare professionals in delivering patient care, monitoring patient's vital signs, and providing personal care to patients as needed.
During your shift, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure that each patient's individual needs are met.
Your caring and compassionate nature will be key in providing comfort and reassurance to patients during their time in our care.
In addition to direct patient care, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, following all established protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.
Working as a Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust will provide you with valuable experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
