We are looking for a Contentious Trust & Probate Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate to join our Salisbury based Team.

Our work includes challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, landed estates, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.

The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious litigator to join this growing team.

The role will involve the complete spectrum of contentious trust and probate work for private clients and charities with opportunities to specialise over time.

The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team and learning from recognised experts.

CompetenciesThe successful candidate will:
