Role Description


Allianz UK are currently looking for a strong Service Management Specialist to join our IT Team and take a lead on Continual Service Improvement across our IT Delivery Processes and Functions.


This is a hybrid working role and will require you to come into the office 2 days per week, ideally our Guildford or Bournemouth office.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify areas of improvement through the analysis of service data
  • Take ownership of suggested improvement items fed into the team
  • Understand requirements for, and initiate Service improvement activity working closely with IT delivery partners and stakeholders
  • Own, monitor and track progress of Service improvement initiatives logged on the CSIP Tracker.

Supporting Responsibilities

  • Working with the wider IT Delivery Organisation, you will have responsibility for helping deliver new and updated reporting packs to the Head of IT Business Services for use in various stakeholder meetings
  • Manage risks associated with IT Service Management and Delivery
  • Coordinate a range of governance control tasks from helping shape 'what compliance looks like' through to monitoring and tracking we are in GREEN status to those controls, achieved through monthly reviews, spot checks on output quality, supporting audit activities
  • Helping shape the evolution of the Service Management IT Delivery Framework
  • Ensure compliance to Allianz Corporate Policies, Functional Rules and UK Regulatory Requirements
  • Manage Service reviews, IT performance / Service Level Agreement based reporting.

  • Extensive use of workplace tools such as O365 suite in the delivery of reports and analysis of data

Qualifications

  • ITIL Service Management or equivalent qualifications are desirable
  • BCS or CII qualifications are desirable.
