We are currently searching for a Senior Program Manager to join our Fleet Strategic In-Life Partnerships and Programs Team. In this role, the Senior Program Manager will be in charge of developing and expanding fleet programs, some of which involve collaborating with external vendors such as OEMs, OEM dealerships, Fleet suppliers, and Fleet Management Companies.

The main focus will be on providing maintenance and repair services to support Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for exploring innovative solutions to enhance the vehicle uptime.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is willing to take on new challenges, anticipate future requirements, and actively contribute to finding solutions. The goal is to create a top-notch program, establish a clear direction, and oversee its implementation.

We are looking for an individual who is customer-centric, highly analytical, resourceful, capable of functioning at various organizational levels, and comfortable making crucial business decisions in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Program ownership of a portfolio of services
  • Business development and vendor negotiations
  • Leverage EU-wide rollout of services and continuous improvement
  • Engagement with internal teams (international) and external stakeholders
  • Create and own project plans for service deployment
  • Identify business needs and devise solutions for ongoing service enhancement
  • Conduct tendering and negotiation with suppliers
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous evaluation and evolution of services based on customer feedback
  • Manage relationships with suppliers responsible for service delivery
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between business, service providers, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership to meet objectives
  • Regularly update EU senior leadership on project status and key metrics

We are considering candidates to work from the following locations: Deeside, CHS, GBR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • Project management experience, previous exposure to the automotive industry, and fleet management background, including service, maintenance, and repair, are advantageous
  • Delivery Station and/or Delivery Service Partner Experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel more than 25%

  • Experience in dealing with and managing 3P vendors
