We're looking for someone who will be able to;

  • Support the Assets Team in delivering an outstanding service to Johnnie Johnson Housing residents, ensuring that assets systems data is accurate, working with Leaders to produce business reports, KPI's and continuous business improvements.
  • Gather intelligence about JJH's Assets and assist in the planning of investments by recording, maintaining, and reporting management information about our assets and contracts.
  • Work closely with senior managers coordinating data for major works procurement, including planned investment and leasehold.

You'll join our Homes and Building Safety Team, who are all passionate about delivering outstanding services to customers.

We're led by Lauren Courtey, Head of Homes & Building Safety and as well as providing support to the organisation and our customers,we support each other too.

We work hard but we also like to have fun

About You
We're looking for someone who has excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge internally and externally. You'll be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and able to use a range of software programmes.

You'll be comfortable inquickly learning multiple systems and reporting and be able to analyse information and data, identifying trends which might be included in a presentation or report.

You'll be comfortable working with colleagues across the business in an environment focused on continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Occasional travel to our independent living schemes will be required including to look at the planned renewal works, attending contract meetings, resident conferences etc.

We are trialling some exciting changes to our opening hours; from January 2023 we will be introducing a condensed 4.5 day working week, closing from 1pm on Fridays.

We believe this is a great extension to the way we already work flexibly using our 'MyLifestyle'approach. This is a pilot for 6 months only and will be reviewed at regular intervals.


We offer a fantastic holiday allowance of 33 days per annum (including statutory holidays) which rises to 38 days after 5 years' service.

We can offer you a 35-hour working week, an enhanced 5% employer contribution pension scheme and a recognition schemewith both financial and non-financial rewards such as gift vouchers, early finishes or even a later start.
