We are currently recruiting for a Health care Assistants watford.

What we are looking for -


Are you a compassionate /experienced Healthcare worker, with a caring and professional attitude? We are looking for carers to work evening and bed shifts to cover Watford and surrounding areas, where you will be able to make a real difference to the lives of the people that require our care.

We have shifts available between the hours of 6pm to 10pm so we can fit in with your existing commitments.

(Must be available for minimum of 4 weekend days, a month) This job can be flexible allowing for a good work life balance.


Role Requirements -

  • To provide quality care for people in their own homes
  • Previous experience is preferred but a real passion to help others is essential, as full training will be given in all aspects of care.
  • Due to nature of the job, driving is essential for this role as is access to your own vehicle.
  • A caring nature and passion to make a real difference to someone's life
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work as part of a team supporting each other when necessary
  • Flexibility, reliability, hard work and honesty
  • Able to work every other weekend
  • Have Friday evening availability

  • Personal care

  • Take service user out for local trips
  • Engage with service users' pastimes and hobbies
