* Diary management; booking and rearranging of meetings and events; making travel and accommodation arrangements. * Open new matters and allocate to the legal team using the Company's case management software. * Send acknowledgment correspondence. * Perform general administration including scanning, photocopying, printing, and posting letters and filing. * Help organise and send starter packs for new recruitsSkills & responsibilities * Must have a minimum 1 years' experience working in a Similar Office / Admin Environment * Strong Academic Background * Good Communication / IT Skills – including Microsoft Package * Legal experience would be beneficial not essentialIf you are interested in this role, please contact the office
