Key responsibilities as our Supervisor: Mountjoy Ltd has an opportunity to provide Maintenance and void repairs to residential buildings across the Fareham area. This is mostly void property work, with Kitchens, Bathrooms and Wet rooms being the principal work stream.

Your role will involve managing the work being delivered in the field by our Operatives and Sub-Contractor partners and that it follows the agreed processes, quality standards and our value and enabling steps to achieve the quality we are expecting, which in turn, represents value for money, and our right first-time approach.

The most important elements relating to your work are;To go out with the client and to scope void properties in accordance with the processTo go out with the client and to scope occupied properties in accordance with the processLiaise with the tenants and client alike on a regular basisEnsure that all paperwork is filled in correctly and that is ready for on-site purposesLiaise with Sub-Contractor partners and book these in accordingly to fit in with the programmeManage the sites you controlOffer on-site guidance to the operativesConduct Health & safety audits and quality checksWhat we are looking for in our Supervisor: 5 years' experience of working in a Building Maintenance environment3 years' experience of working in a Supervisors role2 years Scoping details and work capture within the residential housing field Experience of kitchens, bathrooms and wet room process and proceduresNVQ2 or equivalent in a trade skillIOSH Working Safely (Desirable)Scaffold Inspector Course (Desirable)Have a full driving licenceIf you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Supervisor then please click "apply" now – We'd love to hear from youMountjoy is an Equal Opportunities employer and a member of the Disability Confident Scheme.
