We are looking for an Extrusion Line Operator to join our team at Dunster House Ltd.

Established in 1994, Dunster House Ltd is a family-run international business with over 420 employees working across 11 UK sites.

With over 30 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and retailing garden lifestyle products, we take pride in being specialists in garden buildings and distributing our products to customers using our own fleet of vehicles.

This position is based at our Huntly Factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with setting up, operating, and shutting down the PVC extrusion machine and mixer.
• Coordinating with Maintenance Engineer during problem-solving, breakdowns, and improvement efforts.
• Identifying faults and performing basic maintenance activities.
• General housekeeping within the work area.
• Following a 'clean as you go' policy.
• Laboring tasks.
• Feeding the machine.
• Stacking the Timber after extrusion.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a results-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
