We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Credit Controller for a well-established client in the Swindon area.

Start Date:

ASAP

Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Location:
Swindon

Duties will include:

  • Day to day will see you maintaining accounts receivable ledger and responsible for the timely collection of overdue invoices from customers
  • Negotiating repayment plans
  • Sales Ledger
  • Posting cash receipts for daily ledger
  • Ensuring customers pay on time
  • Producing weekly debtor report
  • Re sending invoices
  • Making outbound calls
  • Decreasing aged debt
  • Query resolution partnering with customer services
  • Running credit risk reports to propose credit limits
  • Statement & dunning management for the ledger
  • Managing credit holds & releasing goods
  • Creating monthly manual invoices
  • Managing an inbox
  • Setting up new customers
  • Accurate and attention to deal when inputting data into the system.
  • Excellent organisation skills
