Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading food manufacturer based in East Riding, Yorkshire supplying to major retailers.

Due to a period of exciting growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Process Technologist to oversee and collaborate with wider teams on new factory trials.

Reporting to the Site Development Manager, you will assume full responsibility for conducting factory trials of new and EPD lines by working collaboratively with the wider site teams, using your product expertise to ensure the control and correct recording and issuing of trial reports & data as well as final product specifications and care cards.

You will be responsible for the implementation of site process control points and will ensure RFT introduction of new formulations, products, raw materials, equipment and processes, identifying any opportunities for improvement with existing products and processes.

Oversee the full product trial process including running, reporting and testing
Assist with training and development of staff to strive for continuous improvement

The business is looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment.
