Paint SprayerCore Responsibilities:
- Have all paint spraying skills, understand colour, colour matching and characteristics of various coatings and finishes.
- Be able to do most aspects of spray painting to high standards.
- Prep and mask up panels, Wheels and Applicators.
- Preparing components to a high standard ahead of the painting process i.e. Preclean down and sanding
- Sanding & preparing panels and parts for finishing by hand.
- Following detailed plans accurately
- Understanding the required specification details to complete the preparation process.
- Working efficiently to minimise waste of raw materials.
- Maintaining a clean & tidy working area.
- Adherence to the Company's policies and legal duties, specifically control of emissions, management of solvents and the recycling of waste products.
- Carrying out quality control checks for prepped panels before sending them to paint.
Personal Specification/Skills:
- Willingness to listen and learn, and develop.
- Have all prepping and paint spraying skills.
- An enthusiastic and positive approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also as an individual.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Knowledge of compliance and ethics.
- Strong work ethic.
- Able to use their initiative
Salary:
£11.30-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wisbech: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Industrial Painting: 1 year (required)
