I am currently recruiting for a business within the Lloyds of London space who are building out a Data Analytics and Science practise from the ground up.

As part of this, I am currently recruiting for a Enterprise Data Architect.


The successful candidate will play a critical role, being responsible for the overall strategic design of the company's applications, systems infrastructure, and data architecture.

You will ensure that the design frameworks, governance, and processes that underpin them are aligned with the business strategy.


ResponsibilitiesnDefine the target data architecture and overall enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectivesnProvide technical leadership and guidance by driving the technical vision and roadmap.nEvaluate, standardize, and implement technologies and products for data architecture.nMentor and lead a small team of architects and engineersnManage architecture projects and initiatives, including solution design, system integration, and technology upgrades.

RequirementsnExtensive experience in architecture roles with strong knowledge of data architecture, preferably within the insurance industrynProven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures.nExperience with Azure data technology stack (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics etc.)nExperience with artificial intelligence (AI) and/or robotic process automation within a finance or insurance content is incredibly usefulnExperience leading a small teamnStrong understanding of the Insurance domain, regulations and business processes
