Job Description: As a Store Manager at German Doner Kebab, you are the Captain of the Ship. Your main responsibility is to ensure consistency in food standards, provide excellent service, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. Here are some key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the German Doner Kebab Restaurant
- Respond efficiently to guest complaints and ensure the best quality of products is served
- Organize and supervise shifts to ensure team and guest satisfaction
- Train and develop the team through strong, well-organized training
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain stock inventory
- Monitor compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
- Control costs to maximize restaurant profitability
- Promote the GDK brand and lead financial areas such as sales growth
- Plan restaurant sales levels, organize marketing activities, and prepare reports
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during shifts and maintain quality standards
- Help in any area of the restaurant as needed
- Complete daily reports at the end of each shift
- Attend training and meetings as required
- Ensure restaurant security, collaborate with GDK and the Franchisee, and maintain the PMC system
- Meet and greet customers, monitor staff training, and uphold food quality standards
- Promote legal responsibilities and maintain food safety certifications
- Ensure compliance with authorities and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- Extensive food knowledge
- Proficiency in English
- Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
