Duties:

  • Assist dispensers with any tasks they may feel appropriate
  • Handing out medication to patients following the correct protocol whilst adhering to confidentiality
  • Provide compassionate support to patients if they have queries regarding their medication and pass to the appropriate member of staff who can deal with their request.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience dealing with the public essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced healthcare environment
