Duties include:
Answering the telephone / greeting clients and preparing drinks
Preparing and issuing valuations
Issuing appointment letters
Meeting preparation - valuations, risk profiling, fund research, preparing agendas etc
Processing new business (online and via paper)
Online Transactions - fund switches, top-ups, withdrawals, rebalancing model portfolios
Dealing with day to day correspondence and managing tasks in Outlook
Collating policy information
Maintaining the company's back office system and various excel spreadsheets
Maintaining client files
Preparing and issuing Periodic Suitability Reports
Preparing Voyant cashflow analysis for client meetings
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years working in an IFA administration role
Good communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to write letters
Conscientious and hard-working and willing to learn
COVID-19 precaution(s):
- Remote interview process
- Temporarily due to COVID19
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
