Reward Integration Projects Specialist FTC 12M, Cambridge

  • In this role you would be managing the legal entity rationalisation programme (LERP's) globally across multiple AVEVA countries in terms of the transfer of employee healthcare, risk, and retirement benefits._
  • The Reward Integration Project Specialist will need to be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels and positions throughout the company, and r_

  • This role will also work closely with the wider Reward CoE and Global People Teams to provide a consistent and joined up approach to all activities internally, and will also need to foster close working relationships with AVEVA's brokers, benefits, and reward platform suppliers._
  • Responsibilities_
  • Work with the PMO team to design and agree a transition plan for the rationalisation of legal entities in 20+ countries in relation to the required benefits activities
  • Act as the Reward lead on a number of rationalisation projects in multiple countries, ensuring the benefits components of each project are delivered on time and on budget, and that all incountry benefits needs are met
  • Liaise with Legal and Procurement teams to ensure that all benefits contracts are transferred to the new legal entity or terminated as appropriate, whilst maximising the employee experience
  • Liaise with Insurance Brokers to ensure that all employees transferring into AVEVA are enrolled into the correct benefit plans from day one, also ensuring continuity of care with any transferring health conditions or treatments
  • Compare existing retirement plans and ensure that employees transferring into AVEVA will have comparable retirement initiatives, as well as closing down legacy schemes in the old legal entities
  • Liaise with works councils, where appropriate, to seek approval for new initiatives or any changes to existing benefits and to be certain that local requirements are met
  • Ensure that employees transferring into AVEVA have access to the relevant benefits platforms and that training sessions are provided to educate the employees in any changes to their benefits packages
  • Actively seeking out new opportunities to enhance our employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives to make AVEVA an employer of choice
