Overview:

Working Hours:

Flexible availability between 8am-5pm Monday to Saturday. Hours and pay would be discussed at interview stage.

Duties:

  • Online order processing. Being accountable for processing deliveries on the computer.
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone, processing orders and taking payments
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, complaints and sales aftercare
  • Producing professional business correspondence
  • General office duties
  • Working as part of the team
  • Confident to be able to chase and add on sales.

Key Skills:

  • Basic maths skills to calculate area and product requirements
  • Team player, be able to work alongside and help other team members
  • Quick learner
  • Be comfortable in a fastpaced environment, in the landscaping industry
  • Be able to multitask
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
  • Confident computer skills
