About the Job: Are you a skilled and experienced Solicitor with a passion for law? Here's an opportunity for you to join a dynamic and challenging environment in Wrexham as a Contentious Probate Solicitor.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of contentious probate matters, including will disputes, inheritance claims, and estate administration disputes.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated with relevant legislation and legal precedents.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of probate law, estate administration, and inheritance rights.
- Demonstrated experience in handling and resolving probate cases.
