What you will be doing:

The main purpose of the role is to ensure all vehicles are displayed correctly and ensure sold vehicles are prepped and ready for a seamless delivery to our customers.

Vehicles must be prepared to the highest possible standards and our customer lead delivery times are met or exceeded. A passion for the motor industry is a must as is the desire to deliver customer excellence.- Ensuring that the delivery process operates efficiently and to the highest possible standards

• Assist with photo shoots when required
• Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, security and display standards of the Sales Department and demonstrator vehicles
• Monitor all orders and preparation work to ensure that they are completed by the times required and to report any likely delays to the Sales Executive or Sales Manager as early as possible
• Check, inspect and test incoming stock and outgoing vehicles and complete appropriate paperwork, by following documented procedures

What we need from you:

• A full UK driving licence is essential
• The role will ideally suit someone with aftersales knowledge or previous experience of working within a motor dealership environment
• Proficient IT skills inc. Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems, preferably Kerridge
• Strong Organiser and the ability to follow strict processes, high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the telephone

- £26,000 per annum
