About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Officer, coupled with the role of Local Delivery Team Leader covering the West Norfolk area around Kings Lynn and Dereham.
Delivering tenancy and estate management services
Coordinating the letting empty homes and management of mutual exchanges
Anti-social behaviour case management
Working closely with our Tenancy Support Team and Income Recovery team
Working with professional and voluntary agencies in the development of good neighbourhood relations
Working with professional agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults and children

The Team Leader element comprises 25% of the role and involves:
Working effectively with the Senior Local Delivery Manager to deliver the functions of the Local Delivery Team including Communal Cleaning, Estate Maintenance, Scheme Management, Neighbourhood Management including Lettings and Responsive Maintenance
Line management of a range of roles including conducting 1:1s, appraisals, leave management and providing support
Housing related performance monitoring such as ASB and Lettings

About you
Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths & English (Grace C/Level 4) or equivalent
Experience of working in a similar role covering tenancy agreements, housing legislation and welfare benefits.
Experience of multi-agency/partnership working and experience working with customers face to face.
Likely to have at least 1 years' experience in a managerial role (including functional management) in a similar capacity or willingness to learn
Demonstrating effective communication at all levels, including to large groups & Senior Management.
Understanding of the regulatory requirements for housing associations
