We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor

Our Commercial team is in search of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us on a permanent basis in Edinburgh to support the Water industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Activity Schedules, Bills of Quantities, and Resource profiling.
  • Handling Applications for Payment for submission to Client(s).
  • Reviewing project work scopes, preparing variations as necessary.
  • Managing sub-contract administration including developing sub-contract documents, agreeing valuations, managing variations, and negotiating final accounts.
  • Analyzing the commercial progress of projects and preparing internal reports.
  • Negotiating final accounts with Clients.

Requirements:

  • RICS recognized qualification or equivalent in Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for procurement documentation.
  • Experience in contract final accounts including valuations and variations.
  • Experience in NEC contracts (beneficial).
  • Good IT literacy, particularly in Excel.

Full UK Driving Licence required.
