Kinaxia Logistics are recruiting a Stock Controller to join their team at their site in Snetterton.

The role of the Stock Controller will be to provide general administrative support for the stock control of the warehouse to ensure effective and efficient service levels are being delivered and accurately maintained.

About the job:

  • Assist with the full utilisation of the WMS systems by working closely with the Stock and Administration Manager and Warehouse Management team to improve work production and warehouse efficiency;
  • Evaluate stock control to assist and maximise warehouse space usage and ensure stock accuracy;
  • Maintain client and SKU details to ensure they are up to date and accurate;
  • Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered;
  • Communicate with the warehouse and other internal teams to ensure smooth day to day maintenance of stock control;
  • Coordinate regular inventory audits and keep accurate inventory records;
  • Raise nonconformances when necessary and deal with any actions required to maintain high customer service levels;
  • Monitor shipments and address any delays in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Oversee the storage of products to ensure no damage to customer product.

Your knowledge and experience:

  • GCSE's at grade A-C in English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Super User in JDA/Red prairie/WMS system
  • Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, or similar role.
