Position:
Fraud Prevention Officer (12 month fixed term contract)

Location:
Cardiff

Salary:
up to £27,000 pa depending on experience

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm + Saturdays 9am to 6pm & Sundays 9am to 5pm on a rota basis (you will work every other weekend, with days off in the week)

As a Fraud Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with the wider business, you will execute fraud prevention strategies in line with company policy
  • You will investigate and report cases of suspected or confirmed fraud
  • You will take action to mitigate any risk identified, in accordance with the company's fraud prevention strategy
  • Background in a highly regulated financial services environment (ESSENTIAL)
  • Working knowledge of CIFAS and/or SIRA
