We are currently recruiting for the position of a full and part time day receptionist.

You must have at least one year experience in customer service.

You must be responsible, organised, friendly and pay attention to details. You must be fluent in English and posses great communication skills. You must work great within a team and be independent as you will be working on your own. You must think on your feet and be able to make fast and good decisions. You must be confident in working with customers over the phone and face to face.

It is important that you have basic knowledge of computers and have some experience working with word, excel and outlook.

The hotel is located in Manchester Gay Village so you must also be very open minded


We offer a very friendly and positive working environment where you will be treated with respect and as part of the family.

You will receive paid holiday, friends and family discount at the hotel, discounts at many restaurants in the area and a generous bonus scheme.

We are hiring for day shift however night shifts are also possible for those who prefer night work

Day shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm to 11pm

Night shift runs from 11pm to 7am
