  • YOUR ROLEOur Multi-User operation based in Kettering has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and people focused Shift Supervisor (PM Shift) to join a new FMCG customer, where you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of warehousing team leaders and colleagues ensuring operational delivery and customer service excellence whilst instilling a high performance, engaging and continuous improvement culture.
  • WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for 24 direct reports, 2025 indirect reports, plus agency resource where you will hold daily team briefings ensuring that work is allocated effectively and efficiently to meet operational targets and KPI's. You will conduct team onetoones identifying colleague development areas, implementing succession plans, and ensuring colleagues are adequately trained within the operation to cover any holiday, sickness, absence, or overtime required. You will build excellent working relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standard.
  • As the Shift Supervisor you will actively maintain high standards across the site, ensuring cleanliness, safety and quality targets are adhered to, investigate incidents, implementing countermeasures to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement initiatives with your team.

  • The core shifts across the operation are 7am3pm or 3pm to 11pm.
