About the Job:

We are on the lookout for a proactive, ambitious, and energetic New Business Manager to drive new business growth across our range of skincare and wellbeing brands.

This position comes with attractive incentives, offering up to 20% commission on all initial orders, presenting great earning potential.

We are in need of a seasoned sales expert who comprehends the sales journey from identifying prospects and generating leads to finalizing deals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all our brands, their unique selling points, treatments, and products.
  • Recognize how our brands can complement a clinic's existing offerings, working in conjunction with their current brand selections and technologies.
  • Familiarize yourself with our industry, the operations of skincare clinics, and the factors that steer their business progression.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales & Marketing team, Directors, and Trainers to maintain consistent messaging, a proactive sales and marketing approach, brand coherence, and effective relationship cultivation.
  • Efficiently oversee all new business processes from generating leads through prospect calls, managing an active pipeline, securing new business until accounts are transferred to our Customer Care team.
  • Be willing to travel to provide presentations, conduct treatment demonstrations, and attend industry functions.
  • Show initiative and a drive to excel.
  • Possess strong communication skills and be proficient in all forms of communication, whether in-person or through social media.
