Job Introduction:We are currently looking for a Supervisor within our Procurement Shared Service team. In this role you will be responsible for the supervision of the Procurement Admin team, ensuring all aspects of the function are delivered timely and accurately in line with Company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role will beensuring SLA's and compliance is delivered across the businesses when raising Purchase Orders through the correct buying channels and completing regular reviews of PSS Admin to ensure key objectives are met.
To succeed you will need to have a minimum of one year's experience within Accounts Payable and excellent Excel skills including ability to do pivot tables and V lookups. A good communicator, you will also have an understanding of SAP or other financial systems.

Role Responsibility:- Responsibility for the contract database, such as: Eco Vadis, Integrity Next,(Risk & Compliance) MFC's, Safe contractor, BVD (credit checks).
- Collaborating with Procurement for existing and new projects
- Responsible for ensuring all due diligence is carried out on supplier for the onboarding process, highlighting any areas of risk
- Carry out offline assessments and reassessments for suppliers
- Ensure scorecards for new and existing suppliers are updated
- Ensure EV data/ Contract Gap - Data cleanse (inc filling in missing details), contact details are accurate and kept up to date
- Be a point of escalation for the team on issues that do not fall within standard process or guidance
- Involvement in any Procurement related projects around system improvements & implementation
- Responsible for presenting and delivering supplier progress reports to the Procurement team and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure Correct processes are adhered to and in line with company policy for DPA
- Ensuring suppliers are compliant with G4S policies, including completion in a timely manner for the relevant accreditation selected
- Review PSS volumetrics to assess trends to ensure effective resource planning
- Catalogue review and approval once agreed with Cat Manager (Including CPA/BPA)
- Approve catalogues/bank details/BACS escalations
- Understand and work closely with Accounts Payable on end to end processes and resolution of enquiries.
- Form Strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business
- Drive performance of the team savings and individuals using clear objectives, communications and performance management.
- Performance management of direct reports, Including, AMS, monthly 121's, PDR's, PIP
- KPI reporting - Team performance, Compliance, SLA's, ticket resolutions and adhocKPI reporting
- Monthly spend reporting, savings and PO performance review with nominated representatives from the regional business units and Procurement
- Assist in migration of new businesses/Acquisitions and or disposals to the PSS
- Internal and external audit support
- Resolve Internal and external escalations
- Create a professional environment through good leadership and promote achievement-orientated teams
Essential
- Strong skills in MS Excel, MSWord, MS PowerPoint
- An understanding of SAP and/orother Finance systems
- An understanding of thecomplexity of Finance processes
- Experience in a leadership role

- A comprehensive understanding of accounting systems and the interactions of ledgers.
