At MSV Housing we're committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and this role is key in making this happen.

As a building surveyor you will assist in the process to ensure all MSV customers have healthy homes supporting the building defects and disrepair team you will provide technical expertise on complex building defects and disrepair to determine appropriate remedial action and long-term resolution.

You will be proactive in the analysis of building defects identifying trends and plan cost effective preventative maintenance. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget to the required standards.


To be successful you will need strong communication and a customer focus approach to put our customers at the heart of what you do.

You will be proactive and committed to taking ownership of problems with the ability to provide effective solutions.
