The Position
:
Kitchen porter


We are looking for a kitchen porter or catering assistant to keep our kitchen running smoothly, keep it clean, keep it tidy and help with food prep.

You'll be working as part of a badass team and be part of the next 'generation of Civs' while we cut a new trail through the hospitality world.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Food prep
  • Kitchen cleaning and upkeep
  • Equipment cleaning and upkeep
  • Good knowledge of Food Hygiene Safety Standards

What you'll bring:
All levels will be considered but would be good if you had:

  • Experience in high volume restaurants
  • Awareness of kitchen compliance processes
  • A positive and inclusive attitude
  • A forward thinking attitude to hospitality
  • Can work independently and proactively
