Family Profile :

  • The family is based in the upscale Belgravia neighborhood of London and will be moving to Surrey.
  • The children's ages are 8 years (girl), 6 years (girl), and 4 years (boy).
  • The family philosophy is centered on raising children to become successful adults with kindness, manners, and strong values. Discipline is primarily enforced through time-outs and the removal of privileges or items.

Working Hours :

  • Option 1: Monday to Friday, 60 hours per week.
  • Option 2: Monday to Saturday, 70 hours per week.

Salary :

  • Option 1: £200 net per day, approximately £77,000 K gross per year.
  • Option 2: £200 net per day, approximately £95,000 K gross per year.

Accommodation :

  • The nanny will have their own basement with a private bathroom and bedroom.

Start Date : Immediate, but flexible to find the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities :

  • All nanny duties, including childcare, organising activities, and ensuring the children's well-being.
  • Assisting children with schoolwork as they adapt to UK schools after coming from the US.
  • Occasional errands for the mother and helping with household tasks as needed.
  • Preparing meals for the all family and supporting the mother with family meals.
  • Assisting the mother with family-related administrative tasks while the children are at school.
  • Managing the morning rush hour, ensuring the children are ready for school and accompanying them to school when necessary.
  • Handling the afternoon rush hour, including school pick-up, after-school activities, schoolwork, dinner, bath time, and bedtime routines.
  • Collaborating as a team with the family's full-time housekeeper.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Must be willing to travel with the family.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (Provisional licenses are not acceptable). The family has a car, and the nanny may be asked to drive or use an Uber for playdates or school-related transportation.
  • First Aid and DBS check (or willingness to obtain them).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nanny with a history of long-term commitments to previous families.
  • Comfortable with pets, as the family has one dog.
