Are you a Registered Midwife with significant experience across a range of disciplines, currently towards the later part of your career who is passionate about supporting our new colleagues to stay and develop professionally?

Our new Midwifery Legacy Mentor role could be for you.
The role will be key in helping newly qualified midwives in Somerset to stay and to stay well.

We have part time contracts available for experienced mentors to help our new colleagues settle into their new roles in their first 2 years of Registration whether they are new to practice, new to their sector or even new to the country.

You will be patient and empathetic, passionate about your profession, and experienced in supporting learners in practice.

You will be confident to build relationships and collaborate with other key colleagues including local mentors, practice educators and preceptors.
