We are currently recruiting a purchasing administrator for our client who are a thriving family run business.

This position is a great opportunity for an administrator who is looking at developing a career within purchasing and supply chain.


Key responsibilities will include;

  • Processing purchase orders through Sage in line with customer and production demand
  • Liaising with Suppliers and internal departments on delivery dates.
  • Enter and maintain data using Sage and Excel
  • Build positive supplier relationships.
  • Supporting colleagues in line with business demands.
  • Manage your own diary to meet agreed KPI's and objectives.

The desired Purchasing administrator will have the following experience:

  • Sage 200 experience (desirable)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communicator
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
