Our client, an international market leader, requires a full time
Bi-lingual Customer Service Advisor (German speaking role) to cover their UK markets.
Key Duties & responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays in delivery, late delivery time frame, return of goods and/or faulty products etc.
- Follow up of payments and reminders applicable only to Continental Europe.
- Liaise with technical dept to ensure the customer needs are met.
- Liaise with and provide internal support to external sales team and other departments with the company.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer account records.
- Undertake any other duties thought appropriate to maintain a consistently high standard of work.
- Future requirements for Europe live chat & web.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be fluent in
German at native level and fluent in English (written & verbal) to business level. - To be commercially aware and enjoy building rapport with customers.
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service.
- Excellent communication, organisational & teamworking skills, willing to do what is expected with a positive attitude.
- Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- To be a fast learner, computer literate & proficient in written communication.
- Must be cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them.
Benefits:
