  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams (both internal and external contractors) typically as part of a matrix organisation to achieve shared project goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders, ensuring a robust stakeholder and customer relationship plan is in place and implemented.
  • Accountability for project forecasts and progress against baseline cost and schedule with regular reporting of such to senior leaders.
  • Ensuring active management of project risks, issues, change and contingency throughout the project lifecycle, implementing meaningful mitigation measures and following escalation processes where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with the sponsor / client in preparing key business case documentation, securing investment and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Development of procurement and resourcing plans to support strategic goals.
  • Consistent demonstration of safety and wellness behaviours, supporting a safe working environment. Some projects may require the development of safety plans, site-safety visits, and other relevant reporting.

Whilst working with Mercury3 you wouldn't just be developing your project management skills. We'd love you to get involved in developing and delivering our business development strategy. Whether your passion lies in bidding, marketing, account management or networking we will give you the opportunity to explore that further with us.
