Performance & Quality Co-ordinator (Multiply)

Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, United Kingdom Direct Payments - Pembrokeshire County Council Full time
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Skills for Success Multiply team in Pembrokeshire.

Futureworks is seeking an experienced Performance & Quallty Coordinator who will lead their team to design and develop a numeracy programme up to Level 2 to coach and teach adult (19+) learners to maximise their educational, vocational and personal development potential. You will work collaboratively within our existing curriculum, delivery, and employer/partner engagement teams.

Multiply is a UK wide numeracy programme which aims to raise the numeracy levels of adults through the delivery of skills courses and qualifications. The programme is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Multiply is an exciting scheme that enables adults to attend free numeracy courses supporting them to develop greater skills and confidence in numeracy, enabling better budgeting, supporting children with homework, increased job opportunity and potential to gain numeracy qualifications such as GCSE or Functional/Essential Skills.

Skills for Success aims to help adults improve their ability to understand and use number skills effectively in daily life, home, and work: improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the facts in the media or improving skills specific to a line of work.

The emphasis is on innovative approaches to developing relevant numeracy skills in adults who don't currently have a GCSE or Level 2 maths qualification, who may lack confidence in their number skills and/or who need some support before starting qualification courses.

Working with the project team you will:

- Be responsible for the marketing strategy and activities for the Skills for Success programme, including targets for the recruitment profile for project beneficiaries.
- Ensure that all beneficiary documentation, enrolments and outcomes meet the grant funding requirements for the project.
- Design and manage the delivery of numeracy curriculum on the Skills for Success Multiply project
- Lead the development, planning and implementation of new numeracy curriculum, learning and teaching initiatives. Working with awarding bodies and act as centre coordinator embedding the centres' quality processes for numeracy related qualifications.
- Co-ordinate Skills Advisers and support staff who contribute to the work of the courses, to ensure they are kept informed regarding all curriculum, including preparation of schemes of work and lesson planning and learning and teaching developments.

A recognised adult teaching qualification is required for the role. The ability to use technology to enhance learning will be vital and some online course delivery will be required.

Mae cyfle cyffrous wedi codi i ymuno â thîm Multiply - Skills for Success yn Sir Benfro.

A oes gennych angerdd am Fathemateg a dealltwriaeth o rai o'r rhwystrau y mae pobl yn eu hwynebu pan nad ydynt yn deall cymwysiadau Mathemateg sylfaenol?

Mae Gwaith yn yr Arfaeth yn chwilio am Gydlynydd Perfformiad ac Ansawdd profiadol, a fydd yn arwain eu tîm i ddylunio a datblygu rhaglen rifedd hyd at Lefel 2 i hyfforddi ac addysgu dysgwyr sy'n oedolion (19+) i wneud y gorau o'u potensial addysgol, galwedigaethol a datblygiad personol. Byddwch yn gweithio ar y cyd o fewn ein timau cwricwlwm, cyflenwi ac ymgysylltu â chyflogwyr / partneriaid presennol.

Mae Multiply yn rhaglen rifedd ledled y Deyrnas Unedig sydd â'r nod o godi lefelau rhifedd oedolion trwy gyflenwi cyrsiau sgiliau a chymwysterau. Ariennir y rhaglen gan Gronfa Ffyniant Gyffredin y DU.

Mae Multiply yn gynllun cyffrous sy'n galluogi oedolion i fynychu cyrsiau rhifedd am ddim, yn eu cefnogi nhw i ddatblygu mwy o sgiliau a hyder mewn rhifedd, galluogi gwell cyllidebu, cefnogi plant gyda gwaith cartref, mwy o gyfleoedd gwaith a photensial i ennill cymwysterau rhifedd fel TGAU neu Sgiliau Gweithredol / Hanfodol.

Nod Skills for Success yw helpu oedolion i wella eu gallu i ddeall a defnyddio sgiliau rhif yn effeithiol yn eu bywyd bob dydd, yn y cartref ac yn y gwaith: gwella cyllid y cartref, helpu plant gyda gwaith cartref, gwneud mwy o synnwyr o'r ffeithiau yn y cyfryngau neu wella sgiliau sy'n benodol i faes gwaith.

Mae'r pwyslais ar ddulliau arloesol o ddatblygu sgiliau rhifedd perthnasol mewn oedolion nad oes ganddynt gymhwyster TGAU neu Lefel 2 mewn mathemateg ar hyn o bryd, a allai fod â diffyg hyder yn eu sgiliau rhif a / neu sydd angen rhywfaint o gymorth cyn dechrau ar gyrsiau cymhwyster.

Gan weithio gyda thîm y prosiect byddwch chi yn:

- Dylunio a rheoli'r broses o gyflwyno cwricwlwm rhifedd ar brosiect Multiply - Skills for Success
- Arwain ar ddatblygu, cynllunio a rhoi cwricwlwm rhifedd newyd
