4 days in HQ, Wednesdays Remote.

Purpose of Role

We're on the lookout for our next Social Media Manager. We need a seasoned, strategic, and incredibly creative social media expert to lead our marketing efforts across social platforms.

Tasked with crafting cutting-edge strategies, compelling content, and making the best use of social platforms, you will oversee all organic social activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.

You'll be hands-on, creating a significant portion of the content yourself. Supported by an assistant, you'll report to the Head of Marketing. Being comfortable in front of a camera and having a wealth of experience in growing social channels, including your own, are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all organic social channels effectively
  • Handle Social Media Calendar Management
  • Develop engaging content
  • Build and maintain Influencer Relationships
  • Coordinate Campaigns
  • Provide Performance Reporting
  • Keep Abreast of Industry Trends

Expectations:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven social media management experience,
  • Thorough understanding of various social media platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in front of a camera
  • Strong Personal Brand
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Aptitude for collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
