Senior PPC Executive

As a Senior PPC Executive, you will lead our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategy, focusing on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Apple Search ads.
You will play a critical role in driving our customer acquisition and digital marketing efforts, optimizing our campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and works closely with other team members across the marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:

PPC Strategy Development and Execution:
nComprehensive Campaign Planning:
Develop a strategic plan for PPC campaigns that aligns with the company's business objectives, targeting the most effective keywords and audience segments
nBudget Management:
Allocate and manage a substantial PPC budget across different platforms, ensuring optimal spend for the best return on ad spend (ROAS)
nCampaign Setup and Management:
Oversee the creation and management of campaigns, including setting up account structures, ad groups, and tracking systems on Google Ads and Bing Ads
n2 Performance Optimization and Scaling:
nContinuous Optimization:
Use ongoing testing and optimization strategies such as split-testing ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
nData-Driven Decisions:
Analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of different campaigns and strategies. Use insights to scale successful campaigns and pause or adjust underperforming ones.
nInnovative Approaches:
Experiment with new and emerging PPC features and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and outperform competitors
n3 Analytics and Reporting:
nAdvanced Analytics:
Dive deep into analytics to understand user behavior and conversion patterns. Make data-driven decisions to refine targeting and bidding strategies.
nPerformance Reporting:
Develop regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations. Communicate these findings clearly to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
nKPI Monitoring:
Monitor key performance indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROAS to evaluate campaign success and areas for improvement
n5 Industry Trends and Compliance:
nStay Informed:
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and updates in PPC and digital marketing. Attend webinars, conferences, and workshops to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
nRegulatory Compliance:
Especially critical in the online gambling industry, ensure all campaigns comply with local and international advertising standards and regulations.
Skills and knowledge requirednProven experience in independently delivering successful end-to-end PPC campaigns, preferably in a user acquisition-based industry.nProven track record of achieving conversion-based KPI targets.nDeep knowledge of data tools and confidence in deriving insights from data to assist in decision-making.nAgile and ambitious, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team and under pressure.nEffective team player with the ability to collaborate with the wider Marketing, Development, and Design teams.nSuperb initiative with a growth mindset; able to design and implement A/B testing to drive growth.nStay up to date of industry changes and trends in PPC.nKnowledge of tracking and measurement is preferred.nExperience or passion for App Acquisition is preferred.
