Main Job purpose and Scope:

  • Assist in the provision of care;
  • Work as part of a team to achieve the required standards;
  • Ensure the residents retain their dignity and individuality;
  • Observe care planning needs for Residents;
  • Assist in the framework of the Residents' social activities
  • Will exhibit kindness and compassion, dedicated to upholding a space where our residents feel appreciated, respected, and able to maintain their unique identities and dignity, while living fulfilling lives.
  • Genuine interest in working in the care environment;
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal;
