About Us:
Build Recruitment are currently working with a MOD contractor , who are looking for a Voids Maintenance Operative / Caretaker to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a interesting full time role that would suit someone experienced in caretaking of properties or general maintenance.

You will visit various newly void MOD domestic properties within Plymouth to complete a number of property condition checks including:

Final meter readings including electricity, water, gas etcDraining down of heating systemCompleting a property condition report, including photographing any damage and recording on a PDA device.
