Care Assistants X 2

The role:


Padgate House are looking for two Care Assistants, one working 12.50 hours a week and another working 25 hours a week.


The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services which includes help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering/bathing.

Working to the principles of care offering choice, promoting independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care.


If you are motivated, enthusiastic and enjoy caring for people - why not join an organization that is committed to maintaining standards of excellence in care.

Formal qualifications are not necessary for the post, but basic reading and writing skills are essential. Experience of working in care would be an advantage.

You should be flexible in your approach to work, as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

You should be a team player with the ability to work without direct supervision as required.

Please note:

Although it is no longer mandatory for persons who work in Health and Social Care to have both Covid-19 Vaccinations.

It is recognized that this is a matter of personal choice.

However, in the interests of patient and personal safety that due consideration is given to either having the vaccinations or to maintaining the boosters.

DBS clearance is required.


The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
