Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
  • Assisting the classroom teacher in the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapting materials to meet their individual needs.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervising students during class and break times.
  • Collaborating with the teaching staff to assess and monitor student progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
