We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and motivated In-House Recruitment Lead to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
As a vital member of our team, you will lead and support a group of talented Recruitment Advisors and Co-ordinators in sourcing, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent for our organisation.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence. Team Leadership: As the HR Recruitment Lead, you will line manage a stream of 3 Recruitment Advisors and 2 Recruitment Coordinators. Your leadership skills will guide the team towards achieving recruitment targets and promoting a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyse recruitment data and metrics to provide regular reports on team performance and suggest data-driven improvements to the hiring process.

Experience: You have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition. Previous experience in managing full-cycle recruitment in a Healthcare industry is desirable yet not essential.

Strategic Thinker: You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
